I rarely write reviews, but this experience warrants one. I was deeply disappointed by my interaction with this Caryn at Endeavor Health in Rolling Meadows. From the outset, her tone was dismissive and unnecessarily harsh. She used language that felt condescending and, at times, outright rude. She does not listen to patient needs. Waisted my time and money. As a nurse practitioner myself, I understand the demands of clinical practice and the importance of efficiency. However, there is never an excuse for speaking to a patient in a demeaning or hostile manner. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and treated with dignity. The demeanor displayed during this visit fell far below the professional standards I hold myself to and expect from colleagues in our field. Healthcare encounters can be vulnerable moments for patients. Compassion, professionalism, and respectful communication are not optional, they are foundational to quality care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience… here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for reflection and improvement.
