Dr. Casey Reade Antholz, DO

In for an emergency room visit last Sunday, Dec 8, 2013, for a dislocated ankle with 3 fractures. Dr Casey, as he likes to be called, was the on-call doctor on a terrible December day of snowy weather. He arrived quickly and was professional in his care and service for such a serious injury. He put me at ease, and explained all he was going to do. He re-located/realigned my foot back onto my ankle without suffering discomfort or any unexpected procedure. Dr Casey Antholz is a rare gem in the world of medicine, professional, clear in message, expectation, and intention, and talented in procedure. He has truly met his calling in life. As time goes forward I expect to hear many more great things about him in the future in the field of orthopedic medicine.

Had knee surgery to fix a torn meniscus. The entire experience was very good. He’s very knowledgeable and I would recommend him.

I liked the doctor he was very thorough and explained my incident in detail.

Dr.Antholz was great. He goes over his diagnosis so a regular person can understand then he let's you of different procedures that will help with the problem. Surgery is always the last option.

I was very pleased with the performance of Dr. Antholz and will return for further examination if needed .He is a very caring person.

Once released I had to spend my time on the phone calling around trying to get pain medication that was changed last minute from something that was already approved for, why? Cause I had been on Subutex prior? Went without for over 20+ hrs

Feel discriminated against because I had been on Subutex had to spend the next day at home on the phone trying to get it taken care of cause all of a sudden what was approved got changed and pharmacy had no approval to fill new script. All because I had been on Subutex.?

I feel once I left the hospital that I was discriminated upon do to me previously being on the medication Subutex. When I went to get my medicine that was called in I had no pain medication, The one the Dr previously put thru and was approved , he decided to change it do to I had been on Subutex. I quit taking that prior to surgery, I had to go clear into the following day late afternoon making phone calls just to get the tramadol. Home health couldn't believe what I was going through or the pharmacist. Very upset.

Thorough exam. Great that dr didn't jump right to surgery . Try other preventive methods first.

Every one was professional & extremely polite.
