Dr. Casey Erety Barbaro, MD

Dr. Barbaro is a rare gem--a surgeon with heart...not only is he a talented trauma and general surgeon he listens and acts with care and compassion. He is help you even if you have been dismissed by others. He is great with robotic hernia repairs and trauma alike. The best surgeons in town work at County not CMH....it is why they are the leveled trauma center in the County and a teaching hospital. Before my trauma admit I used to think of County just as a place for people with no insurance...this could not be farther from the truth. This team is A+ top notch.

Very competent and kind doctor!

Dr. Casey Barbaro is an awesome surgeon. His compassion and love for what he does shows. You know at times you wonder where have all the good doctors gone? Well, I can tell you it is found here! he is GREAT! "Compassionate, caring, trust and honesty its what patients look for in Doctors/Surgeons. Dr. Casey Barbaro is that. I will and would recommend him! I have had many surgeries and everytime going into the operating room its scary and so cold. My last surgery I had told Dr. Barbaro my fears and asked him if he could play some music to make it less scary. He did just that. I remember drifting out in comfort. Waking up comforted and feeling totally cared for and safe! The reason because I had a surgeon who not only listened but heard, and truly cared for his patient.
