Dr. Casey Lee Berson, MD

I found Dr. Berson to be very judgmental. I had difficulty opening up to her. She came off very pretentious and I was very uncomfortable. She didn't ask questions about the causes of my symptoms and just looked at them at face value. She made inferences instead of asking me to clarify and then fired off a diagnosis after an hour, that 3 other doctors have adamantly refuted. She talked down to me and I felt as if I was being treated like a 5 year old. I left crying and couldn't leave bed all day. I still feel horrible about all the things she told me. She treated me like a crazy person that couldn't be handled rather than a person genuinely struggling with depression and mania. I would never go back or recommend her. I have never even written a bad review but I fear for the people that go to see her.
