Claims to offer telehealth. We requested telehealth on the basis of ADA accommodation. We were informed that provider does NOT do telehealth. Rips off Medicaid by telling people who need knee replacement surgery to come in for a " physical examination". Probably bills for a bunch of things not done, such as an actual physical examination, you know, the reason our ADA reasonable accommodation request was denied - so they could perform a physical examination - which doesn't happen. Pretends that you're likely a candidate for their team when your chart allegedly says otherwise. Flippant, Rude, and genuinely does not care about why a telehealth visit is a perfectly acceptable and inexpensive way to tell someone "Try going running or jogging! Try a phone number for a clinic hehe! You can't make it worse!". Nasty behavior after denying a reasonable accommodation request. Obviously has little to no respect for the ADA and people living with debilitating disabilities, or any lack of mobility.
