Dr. Casey R Frazier

I absolutely love Dr. Frazier and her staff. I moved several years ago and I still make the 11/2 hour drive to take my grandson there! Just amazing dentist and great group of ladies working with her!

Absolutely love the personal touch Dr Frazier adds to every visit! Staff customer service levels are off the chart!

We got a bad vibe from Dr Frazier because she just starts explaining things very quickly and saying everything is based on studies. Well, I understand rushing through patients but then she booked our 2 year old for some major work just a couple days after he turns 3. This is because she can't do major work like that on a 2 yr old and she would have to give him sleepy juice but not actually knock him out. She pointed out our son had 2 cavities but he never complained about them before, we just wanted to get him checked up on. We felt something was off so we got a second opinion and this different doctor said she would NOT recommend major work because of a) his age and b) the cavities were still very small. She also explained things very calmly, not rushing us into anything. With this news we were relieved to have another opinion but also angry that Dr Frazier would not think twice about booking our son for almost $1k worth of major work for something that isn't even serious. To me this… sounds crooked if not unethical and I will be telling everyone I know to stay FAR away!

I have taken my two kids to Dr. Frazier for the last fourteen years. I could not have found a better Pediatric Dentist. She and her staff are wonderful! After a couple appointments, my children even looked forward to going to the dentist. I am not the type of parent the makes my kids scared of going to doctors or dentists so my kids went back on their own and I never worried one second. I knew they were in great hands!

She was so wonderful and caring to my boys. She went above and beyond with the treatment. Her staff was very accommodating and explained everything in great detail. Huntsville is lucky to have such a great dentist and person caring for our kids.

I am generally not the type to write a review/testimonial of any kind. However, I felt compelled to share my experience about the service that we received when we took our daughter to see Dr. Casey Frazier. Although the atmosphere is quite charming, very welcoming and child oriented; the same was not true when dealing with the front office staff members. While they seem to go over the lists of recommendations and costs, as if reading from a script. When I questioned them about certain services, they could not fully explain to me why they were necessary and adamently discouraged me from hesitating to make an immediate decision or seek a second opinion. In some ways, they made me feel like I would be less than a good parent for not being in full agreement on what they said Dr. Frazier deemed as 'absolutley necessary'. When I asked if I could speak to Dr. Frazier regarding my issues, I was told that she was too busy to visit with me that day, but I could call back and schedule a… consult with her. I followed my mind and not my heart and received a second opinion from another pediatric dentist, and I am so glad that I did. Half the list of recommendations given by Dr. Frazier's office were not necessary at all . Therefore, cutting what would have been astronomical costs basically in half. It dawned on me that I should share this experience, if it helps to save at least one family from being robbed blind by Dr. Frazier and her less that knowledgable and professional front office staff!!

My daughter is very sensitive to pain. It has always been difficult to get her to go to a dentist without her being afraid. She LOVES Dr. Frazier and the staff and actually looks forward to visiting the dentist. She had to have two teeth pulled the last time we were in and there were no problems or pain. A little bit of nitrous was given and the teeth extracted with my daughter none the wiser. Above all, Dr. Frazier is a Christian woman.
