Dr. Casey Kyuchoung Lee, MD

In 1984 I had another physician operate on my spine for a rare condition, Brown Sequard Syndrome (8 hours). My symptoms returned as my spine in the lung area was collasping & I could have died. I couldn't find a Dr. who would touch me & heard about Dr. Lee. He had me go into hospital the day after my office visit & operated the very next day. Another Dr., a thoraic surgeon, was called in to remove a couple of ribs, take bone marrow from left hip, all this for fusion. The surgery from '84 & '85 resulted in removal of 5 discs & vertebrae in lung area. It was nearly 14 hours but saved my life & I was able to walk again. I would recommend him & have seen him recently for another problem.

in 2005 Dr. Casey Lee performed a spinal fusion from L3 to S1. I have now been pain free for over 10 years and am able to do all the things I could not once do. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for any back issues.

He is the worst doctor I have ever gone to and after surgery in 1997, it took me 15 years to find a doctor who listened, operated only to discover that the fusion Dr. Lee did never healed. So I walked around looking for help with a surgically broken lumbar spine thanks to his arrogance. He doesn't listen and laughs at you when you tell him you are in pain. Asks what you are getting so upset about. What an ego.

Horrible Don't go to this doctor

In 1985 Dr. Lee performed surgery on my spine that saved my life. He had me admitted to hospital the day after my visit & did the operation the following day as time was of the essence. There were doctors who refused to help me because what I had was rare. Dr. Bolanowski assisted by cutting through the chest wall while Dr. Lee worked on my back, keeping surgery down to approximately 14 hours. Thank God for both these Doctors.

Dr. Lee operated on my in 1989. I had a spinal fusion with interbody wiring. He was awesome. I think in my heart I might not have lived with another dr. And he was tough, for the reason to make me better and stronger. He did tell me after going home from the hospital to walk a couple of miles a day to keep my back in shape and he was right. He is not a pill Dr. I see people now taking pill after pill and complaining. See Dr. Lee if you want to be healed. Dr's I saw before him said I wasn't going to be able to walk after two massive car accidents. Dr. Lee is the best. I can say that because my fusion was over 20 years ago and what he did is still perfect. I have had other problems different areas of my back and seen many Dr's, because I moved out of State. NOT one was anywhere near as good. I wish to God I can go back and have him fix me again!

After six months of being treated by another Dr w no success I was referred to Dr Lee. I could not be happier with his services. 9 days ago I had a fusion of L4-5-S1. That night in the hospital they had me standing and the next day I was walking. Today, I'm walking almost a mile/day without a walker. His bedside manner is incredible and he cares for the patient. You're not just a number. That's how the other Dr I saw was. If your appt is at 9:00, he's in the room at 8:59 and spends as much time as you ned him to and answers all questions. I can't express enough how happy I am with Dr Lee. In my eyes he's a true hero for fixing my crippling problem!

Dr. Lee put 2 rods and 4 screws in my back and his idea of physical therapy was giving me a walking and tellling me to walk 3 miles that i was young and i will heal. I had 1 visit with him and the next visit he set up for the surgery. Now I have 2 more discs that need to be worked on and one of the screws he put in is hitting the nerve root in my back.. I wouild not recommend this doctor for back surgery. this was done in 2007.. He also did a back surgery on my father back in 1986 and he had the same proble and one of the rods broke
