Dr. Casey Zuckerman Macvane, MD

This “emergency” doctor was so unprofessional with my twin sister who has been dealing with chest pain and heart problems for the last week. My sister has been referred to a cardiologist and was also told to come back to the ER if symptoms got worse. Once my sister couldn’t breathe normal breaths without pain, she went back into the ER. Dr. Casey did not ask if my sister had questions, made her feel like she shouldn’t have come in and told her that she shouldn’t come back if it gets worse. She also said she didn’t know why she was referred to a cardiologist despite abnormal blood work, a rest heart rate of 120 and problematic symptoms for over a week. She was beyond rude, did not care at all and further traumatized my sister who was hesitant to get help due to how expensive health care is.
