Dr. Casey Lauren Sautter, MD

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sautter during a follow-up appointment at Omni Family Health. I arrived at 9:40 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment but wasn’t seen until two hours later—with no explanation for the long wait. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first time waiting excessively. At a previous appointment, I waited nearly four hours, and when I brought it up, Dr. Sautter said she “finds it hard to believe,” which came off as both dismissive and rude. I came in with serious concerns: severe ovulation pain, two recent chemical pregnancies, and a PCOS diagnosis from another physician. Instead of addressing these, Dr. Sautter questioned the other doctor's credibility, dismissed the diagnosis, and made an inappropriate comment implying that PCOS is often used just to get insurance coverage. She offered only over-the-counter pain medication and casually suggested anxiety or depression medication—without any proper evaluation. It felt unprofessional and… invalidating. Throughout the visit, I felt unheard, disrespected, and brushed off. I left with no answers, no clear direction, and no sense of being taken seriously. I would not recommend Dr. Sautter to anyone seeking compassionate or thorough care.
