Dr. Casey Jan Williams, DDS

Not pleased with the longevity/quality of the filling material used. Had an old filling replaced recently. The new filling material is now breaking apart. Other areas that had been filled in cosmetically are wearing down as well. I’ve not had this problem in the past with work done at other dental practices I’ve been to.

Giving one star only because it won’t let me give no stars. I have waited for over 30 mins for my appointment on multiple occasions without anyone saying a word the office was running behind. When calling the office for appointments or rescheduling (because, yes, the office will notify you with less than a week to your appointment that Dr. Williams has decided to not work on that date and you need to reschedule your appointment), multiple voicemails were left without anyone returning our calls. Finally, when we were able to reach a secretary, we voiced our concerns saying we were considering going to a new dental provider. The lady on the phone replied “okay, thanks” and subsequently hung up. That phone interaction truly made us feel Dr. Williams Office did not care about about his patients. Dr. Williams’ office provides very little in terms of quality or customer care (my husband had to have serious dental work because of an err on Dr. Williams’ part when replacing an old… filling). I highly suggest saving yourself the time and frustration and find a different dentist.

Dr Casey should be called The Gentle Dentist! I immediately appreciated how friendly & welcoming the entire staff was! As an RN, I also noted the reception area & clinical work spaces were exceptionally clean, setting a GREAT 1st impression! Dr Williams is professional, timely & confident in his approach but also unhurried, kind & gentle-natured...a rare find in dentistry. I go to the dentist every six months and take care of my teeth. I decided to try Dr. Williams because of his advertisement, he seemed to be very up on the latest. He and his staff were very nice, but you can imagine my horror when he told me 11 of my teeth needed work! From new crowns, replacing not that old crowns , and cavities. I went for a second opinion and was told I needed NOTHING done. Where he saw cavities, I had none. My current crowns were fine, and I need no new crowns. I was hugely relieved and upset at the same time. My email letting them know my second opinion results was never acknowledged, which I guess I shouldn't be surprised by - but I am!

Super nice!!! I felt like I was the only person when I was with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I felt genuinely cared for!

You have mediocre service at high profit charges. The office or billing manager is as forgiving as Adolf Hitler. Missed appointment charges are 75 dollars and no excuses without a 48 hour notice. Missed appointment charges are applied if you run over 15 minutes late.
