Dr. Casper Glenn made several alarming, inexcusable mistakes (such as wrong side of body) on my medical records from an emergency visit, and then when I called to have him correct his mistakes, he was defensive and blamed me for being "emotional." Under what universe would a patient being "emotional" be an excuse for gross mistakes by the medical professional? Then, he blamed his mistakes by saying that his wife was not doing well. OK, if your personal life is affecting your work to the point that you're not able to treat your patients responsibly, you need to take a leave of absence until you can pull yourself together. When I insisted that I needed a medical form that conveyed the correct information for my attorney, a strange thing occurred: all records of my visit vanished from the medical company.
