Dr. Cass Burrell (aka “Dr. Cass”) was born in Maryland and grew up in Tacoma, Washington, but he, his wife Amy, and their four children are happy to make Connecticut their home. 
A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists, Dr. Burrell attributes his interest in orthodontics to being the son of a Dentist.  A lifelong learner, Dr. Burrell is committed to providing the latest, most innovative treatment available to his patients.  Dr. Burrell received his B.S. from Brigham Young University, his dental degree (with honors) from the University of Pittsburgh, and his orthodontic certificate from Boston University.  In pursuit of continuing education, he maintains active memberships in the:

Dr. Burrell …strongly believes in the importance of continuing his learning beyond his formal orthodontic education and has developed skills in adult orthodontics, surgical-orthodontic treatment, and early childhood orthopedics.  He has extensive training in the latest advances in orthodontics including certification using Invisalign and tooth colored braces.  Dr. Burrell has also completed the Roth Williams course (www.rwiso.org), an intensive two year advanced orthodontic course dedicated to excellence in patient care by providing treatment beyond the limits of tooth straightening alone.
Dr. Burrell enjoys spending time with his family.  His hobbies include fishing, camping and the outdoors.  His love of music stems from his mothers influence and contributed to his interest in playing both the saxophone and guitar.  He has served as a Boy Scout scoutmaster and is himself an Eagle Scout.  He and his wife are very involved with their church and devote much of their time to serving in various capacities from teaching children to leading youth groups.
Dr. Burrell is excited to announce the recent opening of his new high tech office, FIRST IMPRESSIONS ORTHODONTICS, located in the center of Fairfield at 1476 Post Road.  He is welcoming new patients of all ages to enjoy a more relaxing and enjoyable orthodontic experience.
