Dr. Cassanda Suzanne Caprez Davis, MD

Complete lack of care during my experience with Dr. Cassandra C. Davis who should have her license revoked. You can see nothing in her eyes, no compassion, a sarcastic tone of pure evil when she rolls her eyes and says "anything else you need help with" after she fails miserably at guiding you to the right solution. What a miserable person with a horrible aura, nothing close to being a healer, not even able to diagnose or follow the Kaiser idiots guide checklist of scans, she didn't even suggest digging deeper into my spine and lumbar problems. I went to a chiropractor who took high quality HD X-rays, which Kaiser did not feel was worth ordering since they said "it would take a while" whatever the heck that means. The X-rays found severe upper neck and lower back compression and almost no space between many of my disks which should have ~1 inch gaps. I tried explaining to her my numbness in my fingers and toes, and she laughed at me internally and suggested I keep working with another… incompetent doctor in the network. Kaiser is the perfect system for every doctor to cover their own butts by taking no action, manage to still keep their jobs even though they offer ZERO healing or understanding of your condition, and pushing your pain and suffering on to the next person in a random department who follows these same terrible tactics of NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. her family should be ashamed. Since leaving this review, Kaiser Permanente has deleted my 1-star rating of her, they personally called me to apologize and asked that I not leave the 1 star rating because it is also a reflection of the corrupt Kaiser Permanente system. I said I want this 1-star review re-instated so the internet can see what an awful and evil person this woman is and avoid her in the future. Kaiser notified me that Cassandra C Davis was terminated from her employment, FIRED! And I am not surprised, but the fact that there are over 20 other people on the internet between WebMD and Healthgrades who have written formal complaints about her is a knock on Kaiser and their awful hiring practices, they are totally fine with either NOT SCREENING their doctors who they employ, or they are picking up the crumbs of flunkout doctors from out of state due to TALENT SHORTAGES and bringing them in despite poor patient reviews in other practices, either way Kaiser is at fault here as well. Either way, her family should be disgusted by the monster they raised, I don't know what caused her to be so HORRIBLE and not a functioning member of society.

After 3 days of being bed ridden because of back problems I got up and drove to the urgent care. They put me in a wheelchair and put me in exam room. 20 minutes later she walks to the door but never enters the room. I'm leaning against the exam table and tell her I'm having severe back pain. She asks me if I came alone and I tell her yes. She says that's too bad because if I hadn't been alone she could have given me a shot. Then she leaves. Again she never entered the exam room or even had me lift my shirt. 15 minutes later a girl walks in with a prescription. It turns out I had a large kidney stone that a competent urgent care doctor found by doing an x-ray. I was referred to a urologist and 2 minor surgeries later I'm fine. This woman is the most rude, incompetent person I've ever dealt with.
