I have been seeing Cassandra throughout the year for a sprained ankle which was healed, and an ongoing rotator cuff injury that was exacerbated from a fall. Cassandra was able to determine how much more I injured the rotator cuff by doing several movements with my arm and testing my arm with gentle added pressure to understand how much pain I was feeling.
