My wife tried to schedule our daughter for an appointment today and was told we had seen another doctor and could not be seen there again. This was news to us since we haven't been or taken the kids to see any other doctor other then maybe a trip to the little clinic for a sore throat. That was fine with us as the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place for a flu shot much less anything else.

She was very rude when I asked to change my prescription to the generic version due to my insurance changed. Not what I expected from a "trained professional"

I've had her as a doctor since I was born. I haven't visited in 3 years so now I'm considered a new patient. She is not accepting new patients. I no longer have the doctor I've had since birth that has literally seen me grow over 35 years. Unbelievable

This Dr will litteraly let you die, she won't do anything for you

If you want a doctor that returns your phone calls Dr. Casey is not the one for you.

Time for me to find a new doctor!!

Dr. Casey goes above and beyond! I highly recommend her to everyone. She takes her time and answers all my questions. The office staff is just as amazing. They usually get right back with me, whenever I call. I won't be looking for another physician until Dr. Casey retires.

I have had several problems with Dr. caseys medical assistant. My insurance requires mail order prescriptions, she has made several errors which has caused me to not have my medications for an unexceptable period of time. i have breathing problems and my nebilizer stopped working, after leaving 2 messages for the assistant she called back she is very rude and made me feel as though I was bothering her, it has been almost a week and she has not sent in the prescription as of today, i called and ask for the status and a return call from the doctor, no reponse from either. I do like Dr. casey i have been a patiet for about 10yrs. but in my opinion this is completely unexceptable so I will be looking for a new Doctor.

i have always had good experiences with dr casey.she has always called me back after hours if she was the dr on call.
