Dr. Brackett made sure I was very comfortable and didn't feel any pain before extracting 2 teeth and sure enough I didn't feel anything. I was highly satisfied because I didn't even know when the teeth were pulled. Her staff were very polite and accommodating and I'm glad to have found her office.

As a new potential patient, I was not at all impressed with the location;,smell of Mildew or the aweful NASTY blue carpet - in the patient service area I would not recommend this business, in its current condition. I decided to refuse service . I honesty hope Dr.Brackett will decide to invest in much needed renovation for her place of business. Starting with out side.However thank you for not charging me a fee. I decided its worth my travel to my original dentist. I only went to Dr.Brackett's location- because I was referred and its closer. Thanks and NO THANKS! When a person has nothing else to go by other than what they see and smell.This left a terrible 1st impression. Honest/Constructive Criticism7/31/18 I feel the this may improve the environment, if this is read and if you truly care, but if you don't. It will look and smell the same.
