Dr. Foss was very thorough and answered all my questions without rushing though the appointment. She was knowledgeable and worked quickly while still giving me all the time I needed to ask as many questions as I needed.

I love her so much takes the time to explain everything to me and the staff is very friendly and always greets me with a smile couldn't find a better doctor

Doctor Foss and the members of her team have been great. Patient, informative, and comforting throughout the process. We have the utmost confidence in the quality of care she/they have and are continuing to provide.

I am writing this review so that hopefully no one else will ever have to go through what I did. -----The Quick Story----- After losing my twins and having a surgery, this office rescheduled my appointment multiple times. And on the day of the appointment, I sat in the office for over 2 hours before I was sent home without seeing a doctor. I ended up going to see a different provider. This office is way over-scheduled, which resulted in very poor health care. This is an unsafe clinic, you or your unborn child may be put at risk due to poor scheduling and poor provider decisions. I have been a labor and delivery nurse for over 6 years and know what acceptable patient care looks like. -----The Details----- I was living in the Phoenix area and had a high risk pregnancy with twins, of which I miscarried a day before my family moved to Utah. I was still in Phoenix when I called and made an appointment with Dr. Foss for a follow up after the surgery. My provider in Phoenix… stated that I needed to be seen within a week following the procedure. I set up my initial appointment with Dr. Foss a little over a week out. A few days later they called and said that Dr. Foss had some schedule conflicts and needed to reschedule me. I agreed and moved the appointment date and location from Layton to Ogden. I have a 1 year old, and my husband works full time, so I also had to re-arrange child care for my little one. Meanwhile I was still bleeding and having some physical issues and hoping that these were normal post-op symptoms. A few days later, before the appointment they called me again to reschedule, saying Dr. Foss had some emergency surgeries for that day. When I voiced my concern, they said taht if I felt like I â?? had anything abnormal going on I could go to an insta-careâ??, but that they could get me in a couple days later. Reluctantly, I decided to agree and again rescheduled the appointment and child care. They day before the appointment they called me and told me that Dr. Foss wasnâ??t going to be able to see me as she was again booked for some surgeries. They offered to see me later that month. I told them I was unwilling to wait that long, that it was unsafe and I needed to be seen. During the phone call a medical assistant told the scheduler that I needed to be seen sooner, they worked me into the next day at noon in Layton. I was unable to get child care for this time, so I brought him with me because I needed to be seen. Then they called me that morning to tell me she had switched locations for her other deliveries to Ogden, could I go there? I agreed and my kiddo and I went to Ogden to be seen that day. I got there at 1135 as suggested so I could fill out the paper work, waited in the waiting room until 1245, got called back, and got vitals taken. When I was placed in the room the medical assistant informed me Dr. Foss might get called to a delivery, in which case she would not be able to see me. It had been almost 1.5 hour since I had checked in, I told her it was unsafe for me to not be seen, that I was already over 2 weeks post surgery, still bleeding and had some serious questions about my heath that I needed answered. The medical assistant said â??well hopefully she will be able to see youâ??. I held tight. It had now reached over two hours since I had been there, my 14 month old was getting tired and cranky, and Dr. Foss came in. She said she wasnâ??t going to be able to see me because she was on her way to a delivery. I got tears in my eyes and told her this was â??unsafe practiceâ??. she stated, â??well they should have got you in with a provider that had more time to see youâ??. NO ONE ever told me that! NO ONE ever told me Dr. Foss wouldnâ??t have time to see me! this was insane, and so very very unprofessional! She left the room and I was in tears. I felt like I was the last priority on her â??busy scheduleâ?? and at this point in her day she just wanted her patient rooms empty so that she could go to her more money making appointments. What a terrible experience. I called a different practice, their phone lines were amazing, they answered right away and got me in two days later. No patient should even have gone through what I did. I would just suggest that if you feel unimportant (if you are on a 4 minute wait with the receptionist every time you call to be seen, if you can never get in or are constantly being rescheduled), you might consider somewhere else that has safer resources and practices in the long run. For the safety of you and your baby, consider somewhere else.

Over the last several years I have seen 8 out of the 9 doctors who work here and everyone of them has been a good experience. They are respectful, personable, and very knowledgeable. They are confident in what they do. They have a very low cesarean rate because they are calm and want the best for each patient!

Everything perfect, I wouldn't change a thing!
