Dr. Cassandra Lall, MD

If I could give zero stars I would. I filed a complaint with Fairview and it is going through whatever evaluative process they have. I hope that they record the video visits and can review her unprofessional behavior. She began our video conference with a chastising me for not returning a call from the previous afternoon. They had asked me to re-schedule. I showed up for the evisit and Lall began to lecture and then question me as to why I have not returned their call from yesterday afternoon. I told her that I have an “in person visit” on Friday with the OBGYN office and am happy to discuss my health concerns with them. She then questioned me why I don’t schedule with her. And why was it with a “mid wife” — I told her that I needed my physical and didn’t care the title of the person performing it. I told her I will re-schedule with another care provider. Her response was “I am so sorry we couldn’t help you.” Not once did we ever discuss why I was there and from the onset of the… e-visit she knew my health concern that I made the appointment for wasn’t even going to be discussed. Very unprofessional. I get bad days. I don’t want to be her patient on a bad day. I am writing this because I don’t want YOU to be her patient on a bad day. You don’t deserve that either.

Very caring and professional. Makes every attempt to minimize discomfort during treatment.

I have enjoyed having Dr Lall as my PMP for the past year-and-a-half. She has run down issues in a methodical way, and she has a naturally charming and reassuring presence and manner of communication.

I've seen Dr. Lall twice now. She is very nice, however the first time I saw her she sent me off without really being attentive enough - come to find out I was diagnosed with something by a different doctor (which unfortunately for me will be a life long issue), she brushed off as "it happens sometimes, its nothing". I saw her for a second time recently and again very nice, but some of my concerns were again brushed off. I will not be returning. Her lack of due diligence worries me for others.

I have been following with Dr. Lall for more than a year now. She is smart and honest. I have referred coworkers to her and they also appreciate her care.

She is terrible with mental health issues and refuses to do essential workups for things if she thinks it's all in your head. She does not do routine care very well and isn't into preventative medicine. She doesn't give very helpful advice.

Dr. Lall was very kind and helpful. Was recommended by a relative to come - great recommendation!

Really appreciate the time and efforts Of Dr. Lall. Nice knowing there are good docs out there.

Have been looking for a female primary that I connected to for awhile. Needed to see a doctor ASAP for a cold and was placed with Dr. Lall who had an opening that day. She was awesome! Super easy to talk to and nice. Will definitely be making her my primary.

Dr. Lall was kind and professional. Attentive and helpful. Glad she's my PCP!!
