We are sharing this statement to clarify a situation regarding a recent dispute with a former client, Cassie Vista Surgical. The client purchased services from our company and, as part of our standard process, an access-transfer agreement was provided. This agreement was reviewed and signed by both parties before any transfer was completed. It clearly stated that once the services were delivered and access was transferred, no disputes or chargebacks would be initiated. All services were fully delivered as agreed, and the client received everything outlined in the agreement. Despite this, a chargeback and dispute were later filed. We have submitted the signed agreement, along with email correspondence and call records, to the bank and our legal team as part of the ongoing case. We also attempted multiple times to resolve the matter directly with the client, but our calls and messages went unanswered. We remains committed to transparency, professionalism, and reliable service for all… clients.

We are writing to formally express our deep concerns regarding the conduct and care provided by Dr. Dr. Cassandra L. Reynolds during our son’s hospitalization at Swedish Hospital for 22 days under her care. During this extremely critical time — as our son was fighting for his life after sustaining a traumatic brain injury — Dr. Reynolds consistently demonstrated behavior that was not only unprofessional but also alarming. Her demeanor was loud, aggressive, and often dismissive of both our son’s serious medical needs and our concerns as his parents. On numerous occasions, she would enter the room abruptly, raising her voice and issuing demands in an insensitive and disrespectful manner. For example, she questioned why he was not awake and active in the mornings, despite clear medical advice from the attending neurosurgeon to allow him critical rest and minimal stimulation. Her medical guidance often directly contradicted the specific treatment plans outlined by the neurosurgical team,… placing us in a confusing and stressful position during an already traumatic time. It became evident that other members of the trauma team recognized these issues as well, as they would intervene to redirect interactions when possible. When Dr. Reynolds was absent, several of her colleagues privately apologized to us for her aggressive and unprofessional behavior — a further indication that this was not isolated or misunderstood. No family should have to endure such a hostile experience, especially when entrusting the care of a critically injured loved one to medical professionals. Dr. Reynolds’ apparent disregard for patient-centered care, combined with her dismissive and arrogant attitude, severely undermined the trust and healing environment that should be fundamental to any healthcare setting. We ask that this matter be formally investigated, and that appropriate actions be taken to ensure that no other patient or family is subjected to similar treatment under Dr. Reynolds’ care. We would appreciate being informed of the steps your institution will take regarding this complaint. Thank you for your attention to this very serious concern. We hope our feedback will be used to protect future patients.

I had undergone an emergency, life-saving, major abdominal surgery requiring a large section of my intestine to be removed. My recovery in the hospital was slow and I didn't feel well at all (understandably). I only interacted with this doctor once during my hospitalization (luckily). It was on my day of discharge as she was the doctor who must've been on call and rounding that day. Very thankful she wasn't my surgeon and wasn't on call any of the other days I was in the hospital. She has horrible bedside manner; very abrasive, rude, lacked warmth and empathy. She barged into my room with a loud and rude voice, and seemed disgusted that I was resting in a chair with the lights off. She acted like I should be 100% back to normal and asked why I wasn't feeling well?!!! Seriously?? She came across as dismissive, impatient, and rushed. Her communication style was blunt and impersonal. I myself am a physician and have never/would never treat a patient like she treated me. She is young so… maybe there is hope for her future and she can turn herself around, but she has a long way to go before she is a well-rounded empathetic physician.

Balance billing is unethical and you should be ashamed of yourself. Your next patient is most likely the next defendant in your NUMEROUS litigations. This surgeon takes call in in-network facilities, but refuses to accept ANY insurance, therefore, if she is on call and you need an emergency procedure, once you are unconscious, she will fix you, but then she will sue you. Her very own lawyer told us, "Just because she shouldn't, doesn't mean she can't. Until the law changes, this is the best way for her to maximize her earnings." Look up the Denver 9News series, Lien on Me. She has over 170 liens on her patients' properties. PLEASE REFUSE SERVICES FROM THIS "PROVIDER." SHE IS A SHE IS AN AMBULANCE CHASER AND A SNAKE. PLUS... my husband had FOUR abscesses after his surgery that put his life in danger.

She operated at a facility in my network, and when I woke up, I was told she wasn't in my network. She then sued me for nearly $7,000 and if I didn't pay would put a lein on my home. Google "Lein on me Denver" to see Denver's 9news segment on her specifically and her pathetic lawyer sue and put (I believe 170 at the time the segment aired) leins on her patient's homes. Disgusting human being.

Excellent doctor! She saved my daughters life. She spent all night at her bedside keeping her alive. I can't enough good things about her. Thank you!

Came into my hospital room and told me conflicting answers that I had received from other doctors. Wouldn’t hear me out when I had questions or when I was explained my situation. Cut me off at any chance she had. She left me more confused than ever. Her bedside manner was the worst I’ve ever seen.
