I found Dr. Blair when I was looking for professional coaching. What I have received is so much more as Dr. Blair truly goes above and beyond and has not only been a coach, but she is a guide, mentor and teacher. She has had the most profound and positive impact on my life by being there for me every step of the way and being a stable support at times when I’ve needed it. Finding Dr. Blair for performance coaching has been the greatest experience. When I’ve tried coaching in the past, it was always about looking at one problem and trying to find the solution. Dr. Blair is truly a perfectionist as well as a problem solver on a deeper level. She doesn’t just look at the problem that is happening, she helps look deeper to see what the root cause of the issues are. This allows me to connect the dots as to how my failures are repeating patterns and themes throughout my life. This takes a lot of time, patience, dedication, and devotion from someone that is truly solution and outcome oriented. Dr. Blair wants to see success in everything that she gets involved with. She puts in a lot of hard work and has been there for me during times when I need crisis management and crisis intervention. She always goes above and beyond, and is the most reliable and trustworthy person that I’ve ever met. As a professional, I always thought that getting an advanced degree… meant that everything else was beneath me, and I can handle it all. Just like everything else in life getting a degree requires a different set of skills and knowledge than running a successful business and having positive productive relationships, and dynamics with other people. This is why working with a psychologist as a performance, business and life coach has been the most profound experience. Dr. Blair is truly the most open honest and transparent person and makes sure that I am looking at what the actual problems are so then I can find solutions. Being part of an intensive concierge practice Dr. Blair tailors all of the work that we do so that it is not only beneficial on one level, but she helps me see that every relationship and every decision that I make is based on using the same mind and thought processes. She is the most intuitive and astute professional that I personally have ever met or worked with. She understands things on such a different level and can see 10 steps ahead of where I currently am. I’ve met people in my life that say they play 3-D chess to explain the way they look at the world. If they are playing 3-D chess, then Dr. Blair is playing 8-D chess. She has made such an impact of my life that she is not only my guardian angel, but she is a trusted guide, coach and mentor. She sees things that I never would. The greatest decision that I ever made was reaching out to Dr. Blair and asking her for help. Once she accepted me as a client she has continued to go above and beyond as the most dedicated and devoted professional that I’ve ever met.

I have untreated mental health disorders and traumas that have compounded and grew over my lifetime. Dr. Blair is the first and only professional who actually diagnosed me and treats me for actual medical diagnoses. Without her intervention, I was on a path that would have led to really negative outcomes for me. She uses scientific evidence based treatments to treat my issues, and it is a methodical and systematic process. One of the biggest things I have learned is that there is a patient variable that has a massive impact on treatment timelines and outcomes. I have struggled to be a great patient. I have tried to control everything and everyone in my life, and I have tried every way to do it my way, and not fully align and comply with my treatment protocols. Dr. Blair will not allow it in her practice, and it has forced me to keep giving up these controlling patterns, and not let my own issues derail my healing and recovery. It is a real struggle to work through all the years… of patterns and behaviors that got me into treatment, but I am committed to doing what is needed to heal, and Dr. Blair is the only person, and the only reason, that I have a chance at mental health. She cares about me as her patient more than I could ever have imagined, I am humbled to be in her practice and have the chance to work with her, build a therapeutic relationship with her, and have her as my mentor in life.

Having Dr. Blair in my life as a coach guide, mentor and teacher has been the greatest experience. As a professional, I am extremely transactional. I look at the world as I give somebody something and they give me something back. This is how I’ve lived my life and what I never looked at was the fact that even in business being transactional can only get you so far. Ultimately all relationships fail, and nothing ever moves forward in a positive direction. Even when I first came as a client, I thought I was coming for coaching. I thought I was going to tell Dr. Blair my problems and she was going to give me all of the solutions so that I could just move on with my life and benefit from other people. I never wanted to look at all of my past failures where I’ve tried this with other people. I pay them for advice and they tell me what I want to hear and then even if it fails and I then go and find the next person and repeat the same patterns. It’s easy to continue to find more people that… are willing to give you their opinion if you’re paying them for it. The world is full of these people. This has been the profound difference and experience working with Dr. Blair. She’s the first person that I’ve ever had in my life where my win is her win. She loves seeing people thrive, succeed, and achieve goals, and aspects of my life that I never thought possible. My life has always been transactional and I’m just looking to get through to the next day, the next business deal and the next financial success. Even as a coaching client working with a psychologist has showed me that all the failures are based on the most flawed aspirations, which all stem from my mind. Dr. Blair has helped me see that there are many factors as to why I fail at things in life. I had to finally be honest with myself and realize that I don’t have the work ethic, the structure, the dedication and devotion that I’ve always believed I did. It’s easy to see that I measure success in all the wrong ways. There’s a lot inside of me that I’m always compensating for, and this has implications in all of my relationships. This is the reason why Dr. Blair truly has not only helped me with the coaching aspect of my life, but she’s helped me really look at myself and see what my limitations capabilities and flaws actually are. Dr. Blair goes above and beyond just being a coach. She is a mentor, guide, teacher and to me what’s most important is that she is a role model. I can’t imagine where I would be today if I didn’t have Dr. Blair as a professional in my life. My only regret is that I did not reach out sooner to find the most life changing person and experience.

I have struggled my entire life with issues that I could not fully understand. I knew I had an addictive part of myself, I knew I was prone to depression and anxiety, I knew I had unstable moods. But, overall I thought it was just normal stuff people deal with and I never could admit the I needed help with my mental health, or that I had mental health disorders. Eventually, I started having panic attacks and I could no longer ignore my issues. I sought out Dr. Blair, and it was the best decision I ever made. I am truly honored to be a patient of Dr. Blair. I have opened my eyes to so many things about me and my life that I was unable to see or understand. I was stuck in the same patterns and cycles over and over again, and was left frustrated and depressed, but never could understand why things always ended up in the same patterns. That lack of understanding made me feel powerless, hopeless, and even more frustrated, which fueled all of the disorders and addictions even more. … I was caught in an endless loop of despair and anxiety, and I had reached my limit. Dr. Blair has helped me really go deeper into these patterns, and the roots of all of the issues. I have more clarity, and have a treatment plan to actually remove these issues, disorders, and patterns from my life. Dr. Blair has restored hope and agency back into my life. I know that she cares deeply about my treatment outcomes, and she never stops thinking about ways to help me recover and heal. I hope that anyone reading this can really understand the reality of who Dr. Blair is and that her level of care, professionalism, integrity, work ethic, and intelligence is so far above the norm. I could not be where I am today without her, and I could not get where I am going without her. She has become an indispensable person in my life, and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is lucky enough to work with her.

As a professional, I never wanted to admit all the failures in my life. I always thought because I got a degree that somehow this was going to make me happy and successful. That’s why when life never took off the way that I thought it was going to, I was never looking at myself and always blaming other people when things didn’t go well. I thought I could just keep changing people out and that somehow the next person was going to be the one to turn things around and make everything successful. No one was ever looking at the overall strategies and the plans that needed to be developed. People also aren’t going to look at what my strengths and weaknesses are to develop a customized tailored… plan that is based on real life obstacles and challenges. This is why working with Dr. Blair as a performance coach has truly changed my life. I need to recognize the deficiencies and knowledge aspects that I don’t possess. I also had to be honest with myself and see I do have a lack of discipline and structure. The way I live my life in one realm is how I’m going to live my life in all relationships. This is why having a Psychologist look at who I am and be able to take an objective inventory has helped me see what the struggles are and why I’m always repeating the same patterns. Dr. Blair has helped me change patterns of my life to rise above and take on challenges that I would have shied away from. Working with Dr. Blair is not about getting advice for one problem. Having Dr. Blair in my life as a professional has saved my life. My mind is always set for chaos, drama, self-destructive, and self injurious behaviors. My entire life is always failures and I’m always creating more fires and crisis. I always thought as a professional that I could handle everything on my own and that I knew what I was doing. When I finally looked at myself and realized that all of my thought processes and choices are maladaptive based on my severe mental health disorders, this is when I realize that I needed real help. She believes in attachment, and has become a professional intimate part of my life that I have always needed. All of the positive thoughts that I have and dynamics that I create are all because of her. She has touched my heart, mind and soul in the most positive ways and has stimulated aspects of my life that have always been dark. She brings light to my life that enable me to accept the truth of who I am and how my mental health has always interfered with any possibility of having positive healthy relationships. Dr. Blair has had the most positive impact on my life. The experience of being part of an intensive concierge practice is that I never feel all alone and never feel like I am just a number in a chart. Dr Blair treats me like a client and it is truly an honor and a privilege to have her as my professional. The amount of time, energy, effort, dedication, and devotion that she puts in to my well-being is something that I’ve never experienced before. She has created a safe space container where I can be vulnerable and surrendered and really look at the truth of who I am. As a professional man this is not something that’s been easy for me. But Dr. Blair goes above and beyond, and has become the most trustworthy and reliable person in my life. I have severe addictions, personality as well as attachment disorders that makes working with me extremely challenging. Dr. Blair has helped me stabilize my life and by showing me genuine, love, care and concern. She has created a connection and bond… that I’ve never had before. I have always been lost, scared, confused, weak defeated, and alone. I compensate for this with addictions and thinking that by being successful on paper that this actually means something. The truth is my life has always been constant failures and rebuilding. When I finally came to Dr. Blair and asked for help I knew that the amount of failures was becoming too overwhelming and that there was no way I could mentally sustain what was happening. This is why I’m so grateful for her depth of knowledge, incredible amount of treatment modalities and evidence based protocols, she is constantly tailoring to my individual needs and my day-to-day life circumstances. There is no one like her that puts such passion and devotion into helping others the way that she does. It is the spark inside of her that ignites me to work harder and to achieve more than I ever thought possible. Dr. Blair is truly a healer of my mind and of my soul.

Dr. Blair has saved my life, plain and simple.  I am a different person than I was when i met her, my brain operates differently, I react differently, I behave differently, my lifestyle is different, and my relationships are all different.  There is almost no aspect of my life or my mind or my day to day activities that are the same.  They say people don’t really change, and to a great extent that is absolutely true.  However, Dr. Blair has the ability through her concierge practice, therapeutic process, and unmatched knowledge of psychology to effect real change in the lives of her patients.  What I am interested in now after all this time working with Dr. Blair, is more change, more evolution, more growth.  I thought I just wanted to feel better, but now my feelings are actually secondary.  I don’t always feel good, and before I met Dr. Blair that was primary concern, to feel good.  I wanted good feelings and everything in life to go my way, to have no stress and no problems.  After… working with Dr. Blair, not only are feelings secondary for me, but I am not trying to avoid stress and problems.  Instead, I accept reality, and problems and stress and not feeling good are all part of life, and are not something to be avoided.  I had a mindset that with enough money, success, and being a good enough person, that I could somehow transcend reality and feel perfect all the time and have a life of no problems.  Like a permanent vacation sipping drinks on the beach.  Not only is that not possible, it is not even close to what I want, what would actually fulfill my soul.  I feel fulfilled and alive in ways I never imagined, it is the road less traveled to work with Dr. Blair, but it is the most rewarding road you can ever take.

Having severe mental health disorders is a very lonely place to be. Every relationship that I’ve tried to have has ended in absolute disaster, which becomes even more isolating and learning that I can’t trust anybody. Instead, all I’ve ever done is feed my addictions so that I can use my mind and my life to get a high and create even more self injurious behaviors. Even though I’m able to look at my life on paper and think that somehow successful, everyday was getting more lonely, sick, dark and alienated. I would lie to myself that even medication I was taking was somehow going to make me better. I was living a lie and everyday just finding more ways to hide from my life, which was crumbling around me. I knew I needed real help and that the darkness was only going to grow the more that I continued to deny it. I have failed other treatments in the past because I needed something that was more intensive and was not about taking a pill thinking that somehow this was going to make my life… better. This is when I thank God every day that I found Dr. Blair. I need to be part of an intensive concierge practice because with my severe addictions I need something productive and positive to do with my mind 24 hours a day. Even so it has taken me a few years to truly appreciate and respect that it is an honor and a privilege to be a client. I am extremely challenging since I need a lot of encouragement and redirection after living an entire life with untreated mental health disorders and severe addictions. Dr. Blair is always there to meet my clinical needs with patience and care. She has taught me to immerse my life into my mental health treatment. With addictions everything is about a grand gesture, looking for the next high, sensation and stimulation. With mental health treatment it’s about being methodical, systematic and learning to rewire my mind by changing my entire life. For me, this entailed, removing my past while still looking at it and realizing how sick dark and disturbed my life and my mind have always been. Dr. Blair focuses on the truth and is the greatest proponent of coming clean and being able to look at who I am and where I come from. In this type of honesty is where the core of the mental health disorders and maladaptive thought processes and behaviors lie. Dr. Blair helps me stay on the right track and get to this point. She is relentless with her support and her care. She is completely outcome and relationship based which makes her different than any other psychologist that I’ve ever met. Treating severe mental health disorders is a rigorous process that requires commitment dedication and devotion on both sides. Dr. Blair not only meets my clinical needs, she goes above and beyond to be the one person in my life to show me the light and to be the most trusting and reliable person I’ve ever met. She is the definition of altruistic.
