After I left kaiser and went to a gyn outside of kaiser, I am concerned about the lack of hormonal diagnosing and testing kaiser feels is necessary. Im 49 and very symptomatic hormonaly ( I found out after reading a symptom list on Internet). Kaiser is very expensive and I feel hormonal issues can have endocrine implications. To have to find out about these symptoms and possible solutions (bio identical hormone replacement) outside kaiser is very disconcerting and I have to wonder if kaiser's gyn program is comprehensive enough, or enough at all.

Dr Scott enlisted a SF Med Center specialist to help him perform a 5 1/2 hour surgery on me to rebuild 2 walls of my bladder and other repairs. This was in 2005 and i have been 100% better ever since. I wasn't pleased when he performed a vacuum of my uterus due to decade old tissue build up -- i am 60 + years old, but obviously he has never been through such torture. I would love to have Dr Scott as my physician again. He listened, checked out my complaints and did what he needed.

Dr Scott performed surgery on me that was not needed, severing nerves vital for having a bowl movement,and leaving my vagina with out feeling. Because of him I will never have an orgasm again.He used me as if I was a lab rat, performing an experimental surgery on me for a problem I later found out I did not have.Also, after he examining me he had an erection. Later I found out he had complaints of sexual harassment, I do not understand why Kaiser hospital does not fire him, maybe it is because his wife is a lawyer protecting Kaiser from law suits, does not sound ethical to me!
