I see Dr Harrigan at his private practice and they are all so nice to me.

My appt was tue 18th of dec here it is 20th and its still not gone thru i am already sick i hope this gets fixed today or im screwed before Christmas but no one will answer even pharmacist called them help pls

I have been using Dr Harrigan for several years now and I absolutely love him. There is never a long wait and most days he is in and out Unless you've got any types of issue you need to address with him. HE DOES NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE OF ANY KIND , That's the only downdamm. . But I see him at his private practice.... NOT AT HORIZON'S. BIG DIFFERENCE THERE. HOOE THIS HELPs.

Generic bupe is the cheapest medication, period, when you're paying cash. Trying to give something different is just wrong. All BC some abuse it? People abuse suboxone strips too! They snort and shoot then every single day. Get over your selves. You'll never 100% divert

I enjoy interacting with Dr. Harrigan. He listens to me, and is probably not real patient with some that have no clue about asking their needs be met. I prefer someone I can say "this is wrong" and the Dr. says "I reviewed it, you are right, here is how we fix it." He always seems to remember me from my previous visit. I enjoy having him as my physician. The front office staff is rude, abrupt, if they smiled their faces would disintegrate.

While I like Dr. Harrigan and have seen him several times, this last appointment was so awful I left and found another doctor. First I needed a prescription refilled, the pharmacy called them twice, I did the online refill form and 6 days later nothing. I called the office and they wanted me to come in. I made an appointment for the next day. Got there 15 mins early and after about 75 minutes asked when I would be seen..again I had an APPOINTMENT. I was told appointment go to the top the list and I would be seen soon. 2+ hours later I was called, after a bunch of walk ins were called and after people who came in after me were called. I was put in an exam room. The person across the hall from me had an appoint 90 mins after mine and they saw her first. When I politely asked the nurse when I would be seen, she got loud with me and told me to go get in my exam room and someone would discuss with me in there. Another person was put in an exam room with an appointment 2 hours… after my scheduled appt. When a nurse went into that room, I again approached the nurse and asked when I would be seen that I had an appointment for 2 hours ago. She got loud with telling me to get back to my exam room and they would see me when they could. I finally through my paperwork on the floor and walked out. All of this for a REFILL of a prescription. Went today to another doctor, paperwork, visit with the doctor, scheduling for blood work and a yearly physical and my prescription refilled and I was in and out in 45 minutes. I will never go back there again.

I know people in the medical field can be the worst patients so any time I go to the doctor I try to be on my best behavior. However, I just had the worst doctors appointment in my 24 years of life. First the nurse called three of us back at the same time then sat us in our rooms. When she came in my room she ASKED what my weight and height was. My appointment was at 2:30 he came in the room at 3:24 and I was already in my car by 3:27. He pretty much told me he didn't know what was going on with me and if the problem persists we could see about a referral in two weeks. My issue has already been going on for 2weeks or more. He didn't try to figure out anything!! And to top it off he left the door open. I guess HIPPA doesn't mean a darn thing these days.

Dr. Harrigan and Dr. Webster are excellent physicians. On two occassions, they saved both my life and my wife's lives by correctly diagnosing our illnesses, then arranging immediate care at Crestwood hospital.If one has an appointment they can be seen around the time of such. If a person is a walk in, then the wait is usually very long.Try to visit them on Mondays and Fridays, as both doctors are at the office.

Absolutely awful! He was arrogant and rude. His bedside manner was terrible.

The staff filed the claim incorrectly with my insurance and now I am stuck with the full bill. I have asked for them to refile the claim and they said that they can not. The reason is that the only thing that was written in my chart was that I had a general physical. However, I mentioned a number of times what the reason was that I was asking for the tests and that was not recorded. Bottom line is make sure they are writting it down and file it correctly or you may be stuck with the full bill.
