Dr. Catareya Piyaporn Liep, MD

My experience with this pediatrician and her office was unacceptable. When I explained that I wanted to delay certain vaccines for my daughter, the doctor responded with a dismissive attitude and made it clear that my daughter would no longer be welcome there unless I followed their exact requirements. There was no real effort to listen, no respectful conversation, and no attempt to understand my concerns as a parent. The front desk staff were also rude and unprofessional, which only reinforced how poorly this office treats families. The entire visit felt more like being pushed through a policy-driven system than receiving personalized care. At times, it genuinely felt like the priority was the office’s rules and interests…not my daughter’s well-being. I left feeling disrespected, pressured, and completely unheard. I will be finding a new pediatrician who values communication, respects parents, and actually works with families instead of shutting them down. I would not recommend this… office to anyone looking for compassionate or supportive care.

From the beginning, the staff was very welcoming and attentive to my questions. Staff members very professional and child-friendly to my children. Staff provided plenty of caring time to my scared child. As the Dr. examined my children, you can see the kindness and understanding she has for children. Her bedside manner was remarkable and professional with my children. I would highly recommend Dr. Catareya Liep as a pediatric doctor for your children. My overall experience was excellent.

Just horrible and staff is unprofessional

The doctor is great but the people she has helping are so unprofessional and always in a bad mood. I thought maybe they don't get paid enough money or they really hate that job

She is an excellent Doctor. She has been my one year old daughter's pediatrician since she was born. We took our daughter once because of an infection she had and she took her time to explain what our baby had she even drew a picture to explain. However, what made us like her even more was that visit was on Friday and she took time to cal us to follow up on how our daughter was doing. I am recently moving cities but will definitely keep taking my daughter to her clinic it is worth it.

i dont like here because they never give me appoinments and also my baby was sick and she never give her nothing and my baby was admit on the hospital with bronquitis and she also dident know she was there and the staff are so amargadas
