Very caring!

Great customer service at the front desk. Dr. Grant is a great Doctor and I consider him and his associates to be pillars in this community. He always takes the time to understand his patients and wholeheartedly does his best to help them. Dr. Grant and his staff does a great job creating a stress-free office environment and I hardly ever have to wait long. Thank you all for being the best office in the DFW

Excellent doctor

Dr. Grant is a knowledgeable, experienced, human, and generally good doctor. However, when I had one of the worse crisis of my life he decided to not see me anymore as a patient. Left me hanging without medication for days. If you are looking for a doctor to be there for you when you are in pain, Dr. Grant is NOT the man for the job. He will only accompany you during your good times. Additionally, his staff have worked with him for 20+ years. That, in my opinion, has made them complaisant, rude, and have lost the human touch.

Dr. Grant has been a life saver to not only me, but my youngest son. He taught me how to fix myself so that I could start working on my son's issues. Some leave negative reviews but those that do are a patient for some other reason than getting help.

Dr. Cathal P Grant is an excellent doctor! He is intelligent as well as kind. And fantastic doctors like Dr. Grant are rare, and not easy to find! Everyone who has the privilege of being a patient of his would most certainly give him their highest recommendations!

Grant's practice has grown very large. It's because of this I feel like Dr. Grant may be overwhelmed a bit. He is a very knowledgeable doctor, knows his stuff. He just doesn't spend much time with patients. You can leave there feeling very insecure.

I think Dr. Grant is a good doctor and has a good staff. He is not a psychologist so you are not going to get counseling. He and his NP's are there to get you diagnosed and on proper medication. I have been seeing him and his NP for many years now and have always had a good experience.

Dr. Grant has given me my life back!! He is a very caring Doctor.

I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Grant is a poor excuse of a doctor. I stopped seeing him two years ago because he did not care about how I really was or what I really needed. All he wanted to do was push Abilify on me. And when I told him how depressed I was he told me to go next door and check myself in. Well, my bi-polar boyfriend who is still a patient (soon not to be) was also provided poor treatment. He had an appointment about three weeks ago. He recently lost his insurance, but desperately needed to see Dr. Grant to discuss medication, one of which is Abilify. Abilify is horribly expensive without insurance (even the generic). He explained his situation to Dr. Grant who refused to prescribe something else. He just gave him a voucher to get Abilify do $5.00. This voucher is only good if you have insurance! We searched for other options, but after not having his meds for three weeks his mental health deteriorated and he attempted suicide this morning. Thank you Dr. Grant… for your inattentivness and lack of empathy. Hopefully the hospital will be able to give him the care he really needs.
