Rude and dismissive of my concerns.

Dr. Boone not only caught our sons eye problems, but she explained in a way a mother can understand. She talked to me like a another mom with compasion for my feelings and fears. Even called me to make sure my baby and I were OK after our referal visit. Great Doctor!

One of my children was born with some significant medical needs. Dr. Boon was there with my family to meet his medical needs and keep following up to make sure the rest of the family was psychologically Ok too. Her staff coordinated all the visits to all the specialist and made sure Dr. Boon got the reports from each specialist, so she could stay on top of his overall care. I've always been able to talk to her personally when there has been an emergency situation with any of my children. Much better than any previous pediatrician. Her staff will also allow me to bring all of my kids at once -- typically unheard of, but a real life-saver for me.

Dr. Boon reminds me of your good friend next door. She has such a down to earth, caring nature. My two kids were being cared for by a previous male doctor who I thought was very skilled and knowledgable in the profession but in my opinion, I preferred Dr. Boon because she was a woman and seemed more instinctively nurturing. I was very pleased with her care and she put me an ease immediately. Plus I liked the fact that she isn't so uptight & "professional"
