Dr. Catherine Helen Choi, MD

Had to call many times for several days to even get an answer and when I do after getting all my Information, they give me the nearest appointment for 3 months later. I take a day off to go to my appointment just for them to tell me that they don’t take my insurance. However I used to come here before and this was never the case and I had also made sure on the phone that they take my insurance and they had said yes. Their excuse was miscommunication, this is insanely disrespectful. Absolutely no care and consideration for their patients. Get better staff! Dr Choi is a great doctor but the people I had to deal with today are absolutely no good

I was impressed with Dr. Choi. I liked her bedside manner. She seemed concerned & didn't appear anxious (as most doctors are) to get to the next patient. She put me at ease immediately.

Did not return telephone calls when I had a reaction from the medication that the Dr. prescribed. So I was not able to receive a different medication for my condition. I had to go to Urgent Care unit.
