When I first went there they were great. I accidentally gave them my health insurance card instead of dental card. They gave me an estimate of what I had to pay . I paid it up front. Then a year later they call me and tell me I owe 900.00. They did not call me and tell me any time during that year that they did not have the correct insurance. I offered to get on a payment plan and they said it was not a big enough payment. Understand that I don’t just have 900.00 when I thought I was all paid off. Then during the covid19, the just took the money out of my account with no warning. Left me and my family with no money during a pandemic. Dr Conner left me a message saying she thought we could work some thing out. Office manager refused and said it was a year late but I knew nothing about until 2 1/2 months ago. When I told them they left me 0 dollars in my account. She suggested I go to the food bank . If the had been courteous enough to even let me know they were taking the money it would… not have been as bad. Taking people’s money during a pandemic with no Advance notice shame on you. . I had insurance that would have paid if they had done their job correctly. They do not care about people. Please be aware they are awful

I have had several root canals done all across the US. Caroline Connor was the best I have experienced anywhere. Courteous, caring, attentive, and best of all, highly experienced. Modern equipment, pleasant staff and atmosphere, reasonable rates. She is worthy of my 5 star rating, and I am not a person who is easily pleased with most dentistry folks. J. Wells

I am phobic when it comes to any dental work. A root canal was quite a leap from comfort for me. Dr. Conner was patient, comforting, concerned - and even soothing. In addition, her staff was friendly and professional and also expressed professional concern and support.
