Dr. Catherine Lorraine Davies, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Davies for six years. During that time I feel she went above and beyond to help me. I was diagnosed with drug resistant major depressive disorder. We went through a whole range of medications that failed but Dr. Davies never gave up looking for something that would work. It took multiple hospitalizations, serious “circling the drain” and five years to find relief for me. Dr. Davies always made herself available to me, listened to what I had to say and showed considerable empathy and concern for what I was going through. She was a pillar of support and I truly feel that she saved my life. I would recommend her a hundred fold.

I couldn't have found a better psychiatrist to help me through my depression. Dr. Davies is caring and knowledgeable.

Saw "Doctor" Davies in Seattle a few months ago for PTSD and depression. She is the most condescending and unhelpful "doctor" I have ever seen. Very poor bedside manner and is not empathetic in the least. Cold personality and you feel she doesn't care about you at all. She puts herself on a pedestal and is quick to judge you. Very quick to make negative comments. I went through a traumatizing experience last year and all she did was make me feel worse and made it a point to tell me I have serious mental problems. Gee, thanks, that's really helpful. I guess anyone can be a doctor these days. I have complained to the clinic about my terrible experience, but did not hear back. Horrible, horrible experience.

Dr. Davies has gone above and beyond in the care that she has given me. I trust her and have a deep respect for her and the work she does. She has an awsome bedside manner, she listens to my concerns and addresses them in a way that I can understand. I scored big when I found Dr. Davies.
