Dr. Diefenbach and her team saved my son’s life from Hodgkins Lymphoma. We recommended her to a friend who’s child was just diagnosed. We found the doctor present and clear, her staff was totally responsive and available throughout the journey. I am deeply grateful.

Excellent, intelligent extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with

Diefenbach is a bloodless, heartless bureaucrat who uses her patient's pain and suffering to prove she's following hospital.protocol. She has ZERO interest in your opinion about your own case. She put me through years of grotesque pain from a gruesome paraneoplastic disorder and utterly refused to put my tiny, non Hodgkins marginal zone lymphoma into remission. Early remission posed little, if any danger to my future health but she still refused. I was COMITING from pain in a DAILY basis and she still didn't care. She is ugly to look at and even worse to deal with. She is flat out EVIL. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER HEMATOLOGIST!!!

Just another incomptent dead soul toiling for their ego and hospital salary. Diefenbach serves no purpose. She's just the fleshy m.d. the state requires to stand between the computer and the patient. She makes no decisions. All patients are tested by technicians, graded and classified and the course of treatment (or not) is determined by a dept supervisor who never sees parients. So asking a Diefenbach or any staff so-called "doctor" for help is pointless. You are not human to these people. You are nothing but a # to be exploited for the revenue you produce. And thanks to the lawyers hospitals like NYU specialize in withholding healthcare rather than provide it. Creating $ from nothing. That's what they mean by "the miracle of modern medicine".

Words cannot properly express how thankful I am for Dr. Deifenbach's expertise. She is prompt, courteous, and easily one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and I've seen a lot lately). I have had nothing but a 5-star experience with her and her team at NYU.

Dr. Diefenbach is a true human who happened to excell at oncology, when I came out of my difficult surgery, she was there to hand me the diagnosis of a curable and treatable lymphoma, and that alone transformed and lifted my spirit, she always encouraged me to stay postive and win the fight. The world is a wonderful place thanks to humans like Dr. Diefenbach.

my elderly mother who was suffering with cancer and excruciating pain had her complaints ignored by this physician and was told that "we dont keep you in the hospital for pain". Turns out she had a severe bone infection. So much for compassion.
