This has to be one of the WORST experiences in the medical field I have been through. She is a great doctor when you actually see her. Its been two months and one appointment later. There has been one blood test and that's it. I had to eventually switch doctors.NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER. Unless you get seriously upset you will not get anywhere with these people. Its your job to follow up not theirs type of attitude. Horrible experience and would not wish this on my worst enemy.If she had a an office that cared and a nurse that would call back then it would be great but unfortunately that's not even close to the case. I cannot recommend that you do NOT go there highly enough. Accent is just awful.Called another place and they got me in right away. Everything was taken care of in a matter of a week. Unbelievable that choosing the right place is so important.

Dr. Edwards is wonderful but her office is the worst. It takes a minimum of 3 calls to the office to get a response back. Appointments take more than 5 days no matter what the accent website says and you can't get even get them on the phone in 5 days!! I love her but am looking for another endocrinologist

Wonderful physcian possesing compasion, understanding and listens well. I am confident in her knowledge and skill. Do not care to see any other endocrinologist. Only drawback is the office system but once you get through that you are in good hands

I have been a patient of Dr Edwards for more than 10 years. She is caring and genuinely interested in her patients. She encourages her patients to fully participate and make joint decisions in their care. I accept whatever she tells me without questions. She has earned my wholehearted trust.
