Dr Frank is very thorough and takes time to discuss any issue with me.

Dr Frank is one of the best! Always caring, professional and genuinely concerned. So many times she has taken me in when I didn't have an appointment but needed to see her. Would highly recommend Dr Frank!

Nurses and others medical personell go to Dr. Frank for their health care. She is careful and straightforward. Asks the unconfortable questions to make certain of your habits, pains, concerns etc. I am very happy to have her. Been to here over 6 years. My wife, a nurse, goes to her also

Since the office merged with PHysicians Associates, they are horrible. All of the staff are very rude. I called to make an appointment at 9 AM and was told that "Dr. Frank's assistant doesn't start until 10 so you need to call back." When I needed to be weaned off meds and was off of them for 4 days due to an error by the written prescription and the insurance company, I was told, Dr. Frank said, "since you have been off them for 4 days already, there's not point in weaning off of them." Even though it is clear that there are terrible side effects and I was having them all. The nurse then told me how to wean off them even though Dr. Frank didn't. I'll never go back and even if she got better, the office staff and wait time are not worth the trouble.
