Dr. Catherine Lee Gallagher, MD

Dr. Gallagher saw my husband for several visits. She treated him for an initial diagnosis, but never asked the crucial questions that would have indicated a refined diagnosis and treatment. We brought in a summary of his symptoms and duration of symptoms which she just glanced at. She did NOT give us any materials or resources about the diagnosis. The last time we saw her, she was even more rushed than usual and dismissed a question we had, which we later learned was crucial for the correct diagnosis. It was when we moved to another state and saw a new neurologist that we were finally educated. He respected the information we brought in, spent ample time examining and asking questions, and refined the diagnosis within the first visit. We were availed of a multidisciplinary team of specialists to help with treatment. The contrast in our experiences between these two practitioners led to this rating/review of Dr. Gallagher.
