SHE IS HORRIBLE, SHE HAS NO EMPATHY FOR PEOPLE. FOR BEING A DOCTOR, SHE SHOULD BE MORE CARING AND UNDERSTANDING TO THEIR PATIENT'S NEEDS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU GOING TO THIS OFFICE. THE STAFF ARE JUST AS RUDE

Knowledgeable, Empathetic caring. A true professional. She leaves no stone unturned and gives her all to address the mater at hand. She gives her time & expertise to discuss & resolve my concerns and rheumatology issues. I am very pleased and confident in her ability.

Absolutely horrible, Dr. Garcia herself is fine but now I am left without a Rheumatologist because of her unorganized and unprofessional staff. They will set up appointments with you and then not send appointment reminders and try to charge you a fee if you don't remember and don't make it. I was 15 mins late to a appointment and Dr. Garcia left before I arrive and Tameka informed me that this is considered no show and I must pay a fee. The office never answers the phone or returns voice messages. I was given nothing but attitude from Tameka when I ask if my missed appointment was the reason I was not receiving return calls from the office. A simple call would have prevented any of this confusion. Thanks Tameka!!

I don't know why there are negative reviews. Dr. Garcia is very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I like her approach, she thinks of every possible way she can help you. I am glad to have her on my side helping me fight my disease. Yes, she is different from the previous doc, but not in a bad way at all. As for the staff, they've always been extremely pleasant to me.

This office has gone downhill since Dr. Ross retired. Used to be amazing. Now the staff is very rude and I don't like the new doc. Going to go elsewhere . Not helping me at all. I feel ill, getting constantly worse and get nowhere with my lupus treatment. 25Front desk staff are nasty and never answer the phone or call you back.

Awful uncaring. Just wants to get rid of you. The whole office has completely taken a turn for the worse. I've been going there quite awhile now, but I definitely won't be returning

Dr. Garcia has replaced my previous dr. that I saw for over 15 years at this practice. She seems very nice and very knowledgeable. However after the few times I've seen her this year,sometimes I feel as if she's not really listening to me especially when we discuss past medication routines. I tell her and she disbelieves me then lectures me saying that can't be right, when all she needs to do is look in my file which is there on the desk. All info is in there and backs up what I'm saying. Also, I had an issue with symptoms, called the office and she never got back to me about the issue so I had to wait 3 mos. until my next appt. to talk to her and she did nothing about it. For my next routine visit she did not order any blood work to be done beforehand. Maybe I am too used to my previous doc but I have never set foot in that office without getting current blood work done first. This makes me nervous that my lupus is not being monitored in a way that makes me feel safe. I'm especially… nervous about the issue that she never addressed, she never ordered x rays that could be done right there in the office like the old doc did. I'm willing to give her a few more chances but I'm not sure if I will keep her as my new rheumy or go elsewhere.

Dr. Garcia replaced my former dr. at this practice, whom I was seeing for over 15 years. She seems very smart and quite knowledgeable. Sometimes she does seem a bit condescending though especially when you try to tell her about former med routines. She asks, you tell her, then she claims that can't be right, meanwhile she has my file right there ,she could look in it and see that yes indeeed I'm telling her the truth. She also does things like schedule regular follow ups for Lupus and other issues, yet, she does not order blood work before every appt. like my former doc did. This unsettles me quite a bit. In over 15 years I never went to this office without new blood work done beforehand.How can she know what's going on if I am not getting regular blood work before all appts.? This is starting to make me nervous and wonder if I should go elsewhere. I'm willing to give her a little more time before deciding.
