Dr. Gutfreund is a very competent and thorough physician. She knows as much about my conditions as my specialist. I always feel very well treated, and would recommend her to anyone, as would the friends I have who sent me to her.

Have seen her at Kaiser and found her to be disinterested, rushed, and extremely condescending. No matter my agenda, hers comes first and the fast food window of service is over and she hasn't heard or cared about a thing I have to address. How is it possible that we trust our lives and most intimate issues with people who treat us like the next car inline at the oil change. Doc, its time you retired or at least do people a huge favor and try and get in touch with the fears people have and THEIR Needs, not yours. Its painfully obvious you don't care. Its a shame you think your patients have nothing better to do than wade through the nightmare that is Kaiser just to see you and your time and schedule are far more important than theirs. You'e not that special; we have lives too and we're just as important to the people in our lives as you so arrogantly think you are. You try being on the receiving end of someone with your ambivalence and disrespect of people. You don't even know or have… you ever asked what I do for a living or anything about me. People, who genuinely care abouts others ask questions, and are interested. You just pontificate, ignore my attempts at interrupting to ask MY questions and then you impatiently cut me off to back to your lecturing
