My approach to pediatric care is to break down any barriers patients have with their doctors. I examine babies and toddlers on their parents' laps so they don't cry. I try to provide a good patient experience, so children and their parents feel comfortable at their visits. The bottom line is I treat my patients like they were my own children. I pride myself in the fact that I do my best to stay on time and I think that is always very much appreciated.

When I'm not helping my own patients, I am involved in various animal rescue missions. I donate to the Jacksonville Humane Society. I also help out at The PLAYERS Championship by providing medical care to the players children while they are here in Jacksonville.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs and cats,,sailing and boating on the St. Johns River, and reading.

Dr. Hartley takes the time to establish a relationship with the child and the parent. She is easy to talk with and takes a true interest in the well being of the child. We love Dr. Hartley and drive from the beach to see her!

My children love her. I love her. She really cares about her patients and she has always given us her full attention during our appointment. Whenever I had an emergency, she has always made sure we were well taken care of with minimal wait time. I recommend her 100%!! My children are now 21 and 16, and they still want me to call Dr. Hartley when they get sick.

I don't have enough great things to say about Dr. Hartley. She is a truly compassionate doctor who cares about her patients. Always asks beyond the basic "well-check up" questions, like how my child is doing in school, social life, etc. She really understands that well-being is more than just keeping kids healthy, but making sure they are happy too! Have been bringing my son to her for many years and we have always been pleased.

Treats her patients like her own children, short wait time, convenient office location and great staff!!! Would recommend to any looking for a pediatrician.

Dr. Hartley is a wonderful pediatrician. My boys have been her patients for more than 10 years. She asks questions, listens to concerns and exhibits an overall positive and caring demeanor. I would highly recommend her.
