Dr. Catherine Ying Jin, MD

Not super responsive. Limited communication, bedside manner, basic friendliness. As a medical provider myself who understands the burden of responsibilities in healthcare, I feel that Ms. Jin's professional and personal conduct are best described as somewhat less than mediocre. She didn't even bother to relay info about an important EKG for my dad. Thankfully, the nurses picked up her slack.

My dpouse was under the care if Dr Jin for many months in a local nursing home. Dr. Jin spent minimal time with patient, billed for long appointments that did not happen, lacked openness to input from other medical providers. When made aware of diagnostic and treatment errors made no effort to acknowledge her limitations.

I saw Dr. Jinn @ Overlake Senior Health Clinic . Mercer Is. until that clinic closed. I found her an excellent physician, seeing me thru several serious conditions resulting in surgeries. She is a lovely, lively, caring MD. I was sorry when Overlake decided to close the M.I. clinic, forcing me to look for a new physician off the island. I highly recommend her!
