Dr. Catherine Aileen Jones, MD

I saw this doctor for the first time yesterday and found her totally unprofessional, rude and heartless. She answered none of my questions and said they don't have time to deal with questions. I asked her about a supplement and she told me to do my own research. I told her I wanted to discuss the side effects I am having with arimidex and she said there are no side effects. She kept tapping her watch and telling me my appt time was up/ I asked her how many minutes were allocated to my appt. and she said "I don't know. She kept facing the computer and not looking my way when I tried to discuss my issues. She did no exam. I asked her about my blood work and she said I would have to discuss it with my primary, that she didn't have time to deal with things like. She told me I was rude for insisting I needed to discuss these things and she asked me if I knew how many rude patients doctors have to deal with. I left the office tears with absolutely no answers!

Catherine Jones, is a caring and excellent doctor. There is always a wait in the cancer center waiting room but I don't think the doctors are responsible for it. The hospital staff is to over worked and short handed. Dr. Jones is a straight shooter and will tell you what you need to know and answer any questions you have with candor. She is one of the most caring doctors I have ever known. I have worked with many doctors over 40 years and she is at the top of my list. She will make sure you get the attention you need and the treatment you need.

C. Jones, continued to give me chemotherapy and later said she knew it wasn't working. Then went on to tell me there were no other options. Which is something I should have been told months in advance. Then later asked, "is there anything I can do?" What a heartless person
