I am a previous patient of Dr.Catherine Norton. I relocated 5 years ago so obviously I can no longer go to this practice. I was looking up info for my records to hand off to a new primary and saw her low ratings and am shocked! Goes to show you , you cant trust reviews anymore. I was her patient for nearly 6 years and never had not one issue with her practice. Always seen quickly. Never a problem with my prescriptions. Good communication and kindness from front desk staff. Very clean facilities and when I got sick I was seen in the same day and even then my wait was short. Here I am now struggling to find a provider as good as her in my new location and I see this. What a shame.

I was not pleased with the way my refills where handled or should I say NOT HANDLED... I ran out of my diabetic meds and because I owed the doctors office 20 bucks they refused to refill it...they didn't contact me and tell me this...instead they did not respond to the refill requests at all...when I contacted them inquiring about my refills they just went haywire about the 20 bucks and told me that I would not receive any of my meds until they get their money...I always thought that this was a good doctor's office for me but after this mess I've realized that these people aren't interested in my health...they are interested in my money....NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE AMOUNT...I AM HEADING FOR THE HILLS THE FIRST CHANCE I GET...
