Warm and empathetic. Diagnosed me when other people could not

I found myself unable to continue to be Dr. Potts patient. She is very distant, seemingly rushed and I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Unfortunately I did not feel that Dr. Potts cared about me as a patient and after months of G-I distress and multiple trips to the ER, one time while she was on vacation, the covering physician sent me for a second opinion. I was diagnosed with gall-bladder stones and 4 days later my gall-bladder was out. Thank goodness, since I could not afford to be down with nausea, vomiting and dehydration every 3-4 weeks, while Dr. Potts kept suggesting I have "anxiety".

She has been my doctor for 13 years and I trust her very much. She is always sincere and concerned about my health needs.
