Dr. Sonaglia did the most complete exam a doctor has done on me. She took the time to tell me how to examine myself (other docs have never done this) and answered my questions. Nice to know there are still doctors out there who care!

I went to Dr. Sonaglia with a problem that I had seen two other doctors about previously. I was grateful to finally find a doctor that was willing to explain the care I needed and why it was important.

Great doctor-brought my daughter for her first pap-Dr. Sonaglia spent quality time educating my daughter and making her comfortable. A doctor who isn't rushing--yeah!

While I personally like Dr. Sonaglia, and she was very caring during my surgery, the process to see her and the office operation are the worst I have ever seen. The scheduling conflicts and over bookings are one thing but when an office mgr states she will be right in, only to find out that the dr. hasn't landed at the airport is an entirely different manner. My average wait time over about 7 appointments was 50 minutes. Before you use her service for surgical procedures, please verify if she's still certified with the hospitals. I think some of that has changed.

Yes I agree with the comment below, "if you cant say something nice, then dont say it at all" but I am letting the rest of girls out there know this, so they don't have to go through the same-thing I did. I would give it a 0 stars if I could.So many negatives to say about this office staff and the doctor. They do not care about your health or your time. You wait for hours before you get accepted. And other times if you have an appointment it gets rescheduled again for a month later because Dr. Catherine Sonaglia decided to go on vacation...even if your health situation was time concerning matter. If you have question and concerns to ask over the phone, you cant get through. If you lucky enough to get through, your questions dont get answered. It would take more than a month to get your pap results, not just one time but most of the time. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I can not say anything positive about this office at all. WORST EVER!Switching to another doctor was the best… thing I did.

This Doctor made it possible for me to have my twins; I had a tough pregnancy, and heard about her. I called for an appointment; She got me in right away, and helped to slove ?my problem". without going into specifics. She spentthe time needed with me, even though people were waiting to see her. I owe my new life, my twins, to her & her staff.Sincerely,J.K.
