Dr. Catherine Arthur Wille, MD

Dr. Wille is a great professional, over the years she has provided very excellent medical care for myself and my wife.

employees are rude, non-sympathetic to patients plight, doctor is difficult to actually speak to and is only concerned with herself, not her patients

She provides a very calm atmosphere and short waiting period in the waiting room. Usually about 5 minutes. Very good bedside manner. Listens and gives advice.

I have been going to Dr Wille for over 20 years and having had a lot of different doctors in my lifetime, she is one of the most caring I have ever had. She always has time to talk to me about any issues I have and she answers all of my questions. She has never been rude to me or my family. Her office staff are friendly and helpful. People who complain about Dr. Wille should look at their own behavior before blaming her. She is a wonderful person and doctor.

I would agree with the Aug. 16, 2009 review with these two exceptions: appointment scheduling is more like 3-5 days, except for general physicals which can be longer, as she sets aside specific days a week to handle only that service and they book up. The average in office wait time is about 24 minutes. She has been providing medical care for my family for about 9 years, so my review is based on much more than 3-5 visits. She has a good "business relationship" friendliness in her approach and is willing to share her knowledge. "As Need" are key words in grading #7, people be fair.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this doctor. It's next to impossible to get an appointment, they don't take credit/debit cards for copays (checks or cash only), you have to wait for more than an hour to be seen and once she gets in the room with you she's rude and tries to get out of there as soon as possible. I didn't realize how bad she was though until I switched doctors. My new doctor was appalled by the meds she'd been prescribing me (the side effects were really bad). With the new doctor I realized it's not too much to expect a follow-up phone call with lab results, referrals to experts without badgering, and prescription refills without several phone calls and appointments. Don't, I repeat, DON'T, waste your time. She's mean!!

She is caring and a great, and adequate doctor who knows what she is doing, but the wait time sucks and to get in for an appointment is horrible. If you have time to see a good doctor I would recommend her, but if you are having an unexpected issue, go to Urgent Care because you will wait to weeks or so before you get seen. I love this doctor but I am just being honest.

Dr. Wille is very impatient very rude and condescending to anything you have to say or questions you may have. She does not like to spend time with her patients and says rude things under her breath. If you want to be treated like you do not count and not cared for she will be the right Dr for that.
