I wanted neck lipo and was told I needed chin implant. I trusted Dr. Winslow ended up with a crooked oversized chin implant. She comes across as unconcerned with your satisfaction.

Dr Winslow only communicated through her chief injector, after I notified them of my disappointment in the lack of longevity in the fillers ( less than 9 months) at a cost of over $3000. Her solution, apply the dollar amount to a face lift, great Diversionary tactic, just not a proper response, especially when she hadn’t seen me personally in many years.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received from Dr.Winslow as well as the entire staff! They have never rushed me through an appointment. Very patient and answered every question I had and I knew exactly what to expect from the services I chose to do. I had honest, expert information. Dr.Winslow was exceptional ! I looked so much better than I ever could have emagined ! I have and will continue to recommend Dr.Winslow to anyone who is looking for exceptional work. Tried to reach out several times but with no resolution. Said what I paid for was done but it wasn’t. Surgery had ti be stooped due to high heart rate was what I was told at the time but when reaching out I was told everything was done. Very conflicting story and very poor results. Have been to another surgeon since then and was told the work was poor.

I have been in the medical field for 23+ years. My daughter had plastic surgery on her ears by Dr. Winslow. Truly, Dr. Winslow's practice is amazing! Her professionalism is stellar. Not surprised that the outcome was perfect. Her office support staff is, well, just like her. No surprise, really. Birds of a feather flock together. She chooses those who she believes meet her standards, which other practices may, may equal, but IMO never exceed. She is a U.S. veteran, as well, and has provided plastic surgery to some of the most disfigured war-related injuries that you can imagine. Dr. Winslow is just plain awesome.

Poor service. First time ever getting Botox. Nothing was explained. I have no idea where my $ was injected. Will never go back.

Dr. Winslow has done a simply incredible job of rejuvenating my face. Massive weight gain and loss had left sagging skin not only on my body (which was addressed by a body contouring plastic surgeon) but also it destroyed my once pretty face. I am so thankful that I had the courage to go "all in" with my facial plastic surgery, just as I had done with my body contouring plastic surgery. Most importantly, I am blessed to have found Dr. Catherine Winslow because it really took a super talent to make my face look this good. I look far far better today than I did in my thirties. She has a lovely bedside manner, as does her staff, and they always have been super responsive in a way that no other doctor or surgeon or staff ever has. Be sure to sign-up for her email list and you'll get invites to events and discounts. I moved out of IN but I would travel back to her if I ever… have surgery again. I would not trust my face to anyone else. Not even if they did my surgery for free. People think I am a model thanks to Dr. Winslow. Just look at my photos -- they speak far more than my words can express.

I just had my consultation with Dr. Winslow. After seeing many facial plastic surgeons in 2 different states I have decided she is the one I want to trust with my face. I have looked at numerous before and after pictures. I have read her reviews and after meeting her I feel she is the one ... I have waited years to do this and can't believe in less than a month my dream will happen. I am nervous and excited at the same time! I am hoping after my surgery to change this to 5 stars!!!

Dr Winslow is known to do partial work and tell the patient if they are not satisfied that she is willing to revise (finish) the procedure. Don't we pay to have it done right the first time?
