As a new patient, did not feel Doctor was interested in forming a Doctor/Patient relationship. I felt she did not listen to me when telling her why I was there and generalized my symptoms while she stuck a metal instrument in my nose. Since she did not bother to ask questions, I tried to relay my additional ear, nose and throat symptoms (including internal ear pain and swelling), but was met with nonchalance. The doctor told me it was because I grind my teeth at night. She also said that my sinus problems (and allergies) I described was not caused by sinuses. I was made to feel uncomfortable and devalued as a patient. However, she did order a CT Scan to get a better picture of what is going on because she said she did see an internal nasal polyp. Appointment over; left me feeling devalued and dismissed.

The first time I have seen this doctor it was at the Hospital in the Emergency in the town where I am at I was in there seeking medical help for a Peritonsillar Abscess that I had in the back of my mouth on my left side. the Hospital staff in the Emergency where I was at was really good to me they put me in one of the Emergency rooms they took blood from me in did other things den after a while of waiting she shows up standing in the doorway while I Was on the bed looking at her in den she said to me that I was lucky that she was on call in I never seen her before in at that moment she made me feel like that I was some kind of a burden to her in that I saw was really rude in I was upset do to her saying that to me never or less she did took care of my Abscess problem for me in she wanted me to do a follow up Appointment but I knew at the time I was not a sign patient under her in didn't have in Appointment so I call her office to see if they knew about my follow up Appointment in they … didn't in they told me they will not see me if I did not have in Appointment so I had to sign up as a patient under her in get in Appointment date setup just to go in see her for the follow up I had to wait 28 business days from the day she did that work on me just to go in see her but doing the pasting days as I waited for that day memorys of her saying that one thing I was lucky that she was on call keep playing over in over in my head in anger over that in fear not knowing what kind of person she is in that she will say something else rude to me I started two times to cancel my follow up Appointment do to that but something a feeling inside of me was telling me NO! give this woman another chance she may not know that she upseted you back there in for me to keep that Appointment in going in see her went that day comes in MAN I WAS HAPPY I DID! I went to see her in I waited for 30 mins in the waiting room to see her in den one of her nurses came out in call my name so I follow her in to one of the back rooms in she told me that I can wait here for Catherine she with another patient she with you in a moment I said ok in about two or so mins later here she is Catherine in the room with me but this time it was good we talk in she look in to my mouth to see how that spot where that Abscess was in she said it heal nicely in after that I told her about that day in that thing she said that upseted me in everything in how I was going to cancel my follow up Appointment with her in she took my right hand in said that she was sorry in that she didn't mean to say anything to upset me I feel better after that so she is like me in that way she has no fear to say I am sorry went she see that she have hurt somebody feeling or make upset only a good person with a heart can doing that.

Told her I was experiencing neck pain, and she said there was "no reason" for me to be in pain, yet she wrote a script for pain medicine (which I didn't fill, because she made me feel as if I was imagining everything). Subsequent appointment with another doctor (my endo) prompted him to order biopsies of two suspicious spots she dismissed (thank goodness he did this...it was cancerous); I've had surgeries and treatment since (by a different ENT and wonderful oncologist), and yet still worry about other patients who might suffer from her nonchalant attitude.

Told my Chronic sinusitis made me want to jump in front of truck. Her treatment plan= stay the course (Flonase and check back with me in two months. How are these people Doctors. I was told to look north for better and more qualified treatment. I'm glad I listened to that advice.
