Dr. Cathleen Greenberg London, MD

Although I do not personally know her she has helped me with many medical questions with kindness and expertise. Please think twice about believing false, bad reviews on the internet and instead get to know her yourself! These people who are writing nasty things about her obviously have troubles of their own.

I am handling a family members' health care. He was seeing Dr (I use the word loosely) London, and not in my opinion, getting the essential care that he needed. I was looking for a new PCP for him, and wanted a copy of his complete history. I was getting the run around from Dr London's office. When asked why I wanted his records, I said that I was looking for a new PCP for him that was in-network through his insurance. They said that was fine, and I could get a release form from the facility that I thought would be a better choose for him. Although, he had an appointment scheduled for a follow-up the following week, and I thought it best to keep that appointment, because of the continues care that he needs. I called on Tuesday to confirm the appointment for the following day. At which time I was told "that he was no longer a patience of Dr. Londons"!!! How does someone do that? Now I am scrabbling to find him a new PCP immediately. She is despicable, and as far as I'm… concerned she should not be practicing medicine.

i've known her since 1998 and she delivered my son n i can honestly say she is one of the best doctors i know. if she was in my area she would be my other son's doctors too... you can't judge her by other people's bad experience.

Okay, so I have to agree that it is awful that so many people who are obviously not her patients have abused this site and other rating sites to carry on a Twitter argument because it fizzled out on Twitter. The worst part of this having happened is that it takes away from the very real patients that have indeed been grossly abused by this psychopath. I was indeed and unfortunately a patient of hers for a few short months. Will I leave my name? Heck NO! In my humble opinion this nut job is just crazy enough to stalk someone or to access the PDMP or a former patient's medical records somehow just to add something harmful. I don't know if that's possible but if it is I seriously wouldn't doubt her doing something like that. There's not enough time or words to explain what a horrifying "human being" she is. Like someone else said, she tortures people that have become dependent on her for care! She really enjoys having absolute power over a person's life with her prescription pad!… Apparently she's currently lost that right which is too bad for the people that need those meds. But I can understand why she lost the right. I know I left a review for her here a couple years ago but I cannot find it and plan to contact this company to ask why. This so-called doctor can be very charming but the very next moment she can use the F word, scream at you, and make you afraid emotionally, mentally and physically. She has a coffee mug that says: Your Google search doesn't beat my medical degree or something of the sort and yet that is exactly what she does! She isn't knowledgeable without Google. She spends most of the time on Facebook, Twitter or reading the current news. She also loves to tell you all about her problems but doesn't want to hear about yours. I've already gone on a lot but I could tell you things that would make your toes curl and stomach turn for another 50 paragraphs. Just believe me when I tell you every bad review is probably true and even some of the positive ones because she can be nice at times but by no means does it make up for her psychotic breakdowns and abusive nature. Her office assistant Renee is just as bad and will lie her face off to stay in Dr. London's good grace. I don't know why either because London (at the time I was a patient), sold CBD oil & other such things out of her practice and told me she would say it was Renee not her!! Throwing an employee under the bus like that is just the type of person Kathleen is. I will also say that her office is filthy, smells like dog and doesn't afford privacy. She will yell out your private medical situation for the entire waiting area to hear because she's too lazy to walk out of the room and back again. Do yourself a favor and do not give this "doctor" a moment of your time or money. Everything I've written is based upon my personal perspective and experiences.

Before getting involved with this doctor it’s worth checking the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine and read the disciplinary action against her. Caveat emptor!

Highly educated but if you need a prescription faxed to a pharmacy and it goes to the wrong pharmacy or anything goes wrong she will refuse to fax it again...so you will go without your medicine..She refuses to give written prescriptions and can be very nasty and unprofessional..I am a retired nurse and do not recommend her..She has issues working with people.

I’ll make it short so folks actually read this. My son is autistic and terrified of doctors, thanks to Dr.Londons approach and care, my son WANTS to visit the doctor. She is professional and cares about making you well. If you have a problem with strong women then don’t bother. She is strong willed and for good reason as she has a medical degree and years of experience to temper her personality and I find it refreshing to have someone not afraid to voice their opinions. Some do not agree with her and whine about it on social media. But as a physician, I have not met her better...period.

When I first walked through the door, I saw a dog on the sofa, whom upon seeing me, scooped up his (or her) stuffed lobster and came to greet me. I was expected, so the nurse seated me at the reception's desk to take care of the tedious new patient paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. London took it upon herself to help me transfer my primary care provider, as I wasn't sure how to go about it. After that was taken care of, her nurse checked my height and weight then seated me in the exam room where Dr. London quizzed me on my medical history. She even shared with me some of her life experiences, which was quite comforting to realize that your Dr. can relate to you almost like a friend. She took my vitals, we talked about weight loss and smoking, as well as other health matters. She gave me a few suggestions on quitting smoking and incorporating exercise into my daily routine, that I think might just work. I nearly never write reviews, but after seeing sooo many bad ones… (mostly from "Intactivists" the anti- circumcision protesters, that I'm sure were never a patient, but claimed to be), doing their evil best to try to destroy a fine, knowledgeable, and personable physician. Shame on them. As a matter of fact, I started with a 3 star review, because the place could use a regular cleaning service(dogs shed a lot), First visit gets a 5 star. I feel confident that in the future, should I need medical care, with Dr. Cathleen London, I've chosen well.

No one in their right mind would put their children in the end of such a inhumane person.

I have always received the kindest, professional treatment from Dr London. She is no nonsense, but compassionate. She is also experienced and up to date on medicine. Best doctor in the county
