After ~6 months of care, I can say my experience with Dr. O'Farrell (and Qliance) has been a total pleasure. Qliance has been, by far, the best medical group I've been a patient of. Everyone, from Receptionists to Administrators to Nurses to Dr. O'Farrell, has been a joy - prompt, caring and RESPONSIVE. Keep it up! Dr. O'Farrell is a kind, gentle soul. She's open, decisive and prudent. I have never felt rushed during an appointment. Highly recommended...

I thought I had shoulder pain but she said it was my neck. She modified my exercise program, started me stretching, sent me to a great physical therapist, gave me a small amount of pain medication, and wrote a letter to help me get my work station changed at work. I am like a new person!Then I got a call checking if I had improved. I have never had such complete successful care. Awesome.

I came to Dr. O'Farrell with sciatica and a 9+ pain level. I was unable to walk. First she misdiagnosed me (leg problem).Then I asked her about pain. She looked at me calmly and said, "Take Aleve."I demanded an appointment with another doctor and was back the next day. He correctly diagnosed me and prescribed an appropriate pain medication, Percocet, which I took for two months.For the record, I stopped taking Percocet without any outside help.I think Dr. O'Farrell is utterly devoid of caring. Like most pain Puritans, she assumes that anyone who requests an opioid painkiller is a drug abuser.She is far more worried about protecting herself than she is about acknowledging, still less relieving, unbearable pain. I thus question whether she should be practicing medicine, regardless of her experience and credentials.

Dr. O'Farrell really listens and found out what would help me the most. She helped find out I had a thyroid problem and encouraged me to exercise more
