Dr. Cathryn Darlene Burbidge, DO

I went in today to be seen with dr shannon and she definitely needs more practice she is very short and doesn't explain very well. I ask her questions about my symptoms she just doesn't have any answers for me. She was supposed to send my prescription today in the morning and I haven't recieved anything to my pharmacy yet.. I'm so disappointed. I will never be back here again

Went in for an annual physical exam, nurse took BP, temp and pulse. Dr came in listens to heart and lungs, pushed on my stomach and that was it! Worst physical I have ever had, never even had me remove my shirt? Had nurse do a blood draw. I’m 58 many more things should have been checked! Very displeased with the quality of my physical complete waste of time and insurance coverage!

I saw the doctor to get a referral to a specialist to set a badly fractured nose. She directed her staff to submit a referral to the insurance company. Nearly a week later this had not been done although they said they had. When I requested a copy of my records and an appointment with my doctor to discuss it, they were very rude. Three days later a letter was sent terminating me; the termination gives no reason. I never received a copy of my records or was given a chance to talk with the doctor about her staff. Now, I will not be seen by a doctor in the Providence network despite beingh a supporter of Providence for 40 years. Today I received a call from a person in the system telling me should would look into it. It has, literally, been months since I first sought help from this office.
