After her office rescheduled, then I rescheduled, my appt fell 8 days passed the global period, which I was never told about. Even though, on two separate occasions, I asked if I was being charged for the visit, and being told "NO", I was charged. I also called the office twice asking for the physical therapy Dr. Vadala had mentioned, as I was still having issues with pain, and no one ever got back to me. After explaining my concerns and the fact that two different staff members told me the visit was covered as the procedure follow up, I was told: tough luck basically, and I had to pay the bill. The fact that I asked two separate times, regarding the cost and the physical therapy, the fact that they would not work with me, is unacceptable, as any business owner knows, we are liable for what our staff says!

I have, to date May 2024, had four right hand surgeries with Dr Vidala. All have gone extremely well and I now have full use of the hand. She is a miracle worker and I would thoroughly recommend her and her staff, all of whom are friendly, competent and professional. Look no further for a hand to elbow surgeon in Tri-Cities.

I had a great experience with Catherine Vidala. The pointer finger on my right hand was turning sideways and she straightened it. Discomfort was minimal it healed well and looks like it always did nice and straight. She is pragmatic, practical and a great surgeon. I would thoroughly recommend her and already have.

I fell on cement and sustained fractures in my arm at the left elbow. I got into the nearest ER, which was St. Vincent hospital. Dr. Vadala reviewed the xrays and wanted me admitted for surgery. At first I felt very fearful, but Dr. Vadala showed me the xrays, explained why surgery would be beneficial, and put my mind at ease. She did the surgery the next morning, and I was able to go back home two days later. Dr. Vadala was knowledgeable, professional, communicated with me on a "down to earth" level, and kept me fully informed. Her care has been exceptional; she has my complete trust.

A previous surgery on my hand by another Dr. left me in great pain and numbness. Dr. Vadala re-operated on my hand and it improved by 90%. It was 23 years between surgeries. I think she will give you the best medical option for your situation that medicine can offer, I highly recommend her!
