Dr. Cathy Lynn Cantor, MD

She is always upbeat,concerned, and helpful. I always leave there feeling good!

I was very impressed by Dr. Cantor initially. She is exceptionally friendly, and seemed approachable. I quit going to her though after she requested a full battery of tests, including a fecal occult test just because I turned 30. At that point I felt like she was more concerned about keeping the affiliated lab busy, than getting tests that I really needed like cholesterol and so on. I switched doctors, and got reasonable testing done when I was 33 just to get an idea of my overall health. I would have kept going to Dr. Cantor had it not been for the unreasonable testing she wanted to do on a perfectly healthy person just because they turned 30.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cantor's for almost 4 years and love her! She listens openly to all questions and concerns and is not one to quickly prescribe medications if the issue is something that can be addressed without them. I've recommended her to all my friends and family and now she has several of my office mates as patients as well.

After an exhausting search, I've finally found the perfect PCP. Not only is she a sensational internal medicine physician, but she's also a pediatric physician, and a sports-med certified MD to boot! I've had several bad experiences with physicians in and around the Toledo area who's license should be up for review. Dr. Cantor is absolutely the sweetest, most patient physician I've ever meet. She sits down and TALKS to you, giving you several treatment options, as well as, the benefits of each treatment approach. She is thorough and answers all your questions; even the ones that you don't think to ask lol. Please take my advice, she's the best!
