Dr. Cathy Ann Collins, DO

Dr. Collins refused to send my daughters records to her new dr as well as refusing to send them to her.

She is not consistent in her responses to patients' texts and not direct and thorough when the answers are desperately needed. Beware, though she is clinically astute and knowledgeable, she, like in another review, will discharge you from her practice without warning with a mean spirit for reasons of her own. This leaves the patient in a terrible position without a way to get meds when they need them the most. This is what happened to us. Surely, a decent gesture would be to warn the patient and supply referrals although because of what happened to us, I would not trust who she recommends.

Scheduling aside ( which is frustrating as she treats adolescents but don't have hours when they are out of school), she was more interested in prescribing meds than getting to know and help my child. Spent more time with me, the parent, than my child.

Dr Collins is by far the most unethical and Unprofessional Person I've ever met in the medical field.

Thorough, caring and diligent. I would recommend her to anyone who needs competent help for their child.

Hard to get a hold of

I would not choose this doctor again. My teen daughter needed help and a prescription. My daughter arrived at her set 3:30pm appointment and was informed that new patients are not seen after 3pm by policy. The doctor took the appointment and did not honor it. No effort was made by the doctor to cancel or reschedule the appointment ahead of time. No effort was made to rectify the matter in the office. My daughter is now without her medication and her health is now at risk due to this doctor's policy and negligence.
