Dr. Cathy Marie Delerme-Pagan, MD

I was a patient at Dr. Cathy Delerme-Pagan’s Baisley Medical Services PC office and would not recommend it. I really appreciate that the staff was diverse, but their communication & timekeeping could not be far from the worst. On my first appointment, I was not seen by the nursing staff to take my vitals until 1.5 hours later. They were all very kind, comforting, and helpful in running tests, doing blood work, and taking vitals but I was never actually seen or spoken to by the actual doctor. On the second visit, I was scheduled for a follow-up visit via telehealth virtual appointment with Dr. Delerme-Pagan and was assured virtual visits would be held at the same priority as in-office appointments. Dr. Delerme-Pagan never showed and I had to call 6+ times to reach a very unhelpful, offsite receptionist, who claimed to forward my information to management only for me to never hear back. I appreciate the communication, but was very annoyed that the same offsite receptionist called 6… times 48 hours before both appointments to confirm me yet the timing was an issue with both appointments on the office’s end. I understand that ‘things happen,’ it doesn’t seem that they value their patients' time and I hope they work to improve these things to make for a better patient experience for all.

I enjoyed meeting the Dr. She was really gentle and took the time to explain what I needed to know to help my situation. Would recommend.

Very analytical and keeps her patients well informed with a selfless attitude and very caring and comprehensive towards patients maladies or whatever is ailing them. She helps her patients understand what is wrong with them and is very clear and precise with her diagnosis. She is very efficient and she makes sure her patients understand what is happening to them and why. Dr.Pagan and her staff are very professional and make you welcome as if you are part of there immediate family; especially her nurse practitioner Mrs. Rosa Vega Lopez.

This office isn't in the best neighborhood but Dr Pagan is a great physician. i will not be going back there after hearing how the office manager Charles talks to patients and employees. The rest of the staff was very helpful and courteous. I felt sorry for them that they had to be exposed to him on a daily basis. This seems to be a really small practice but i'm sure that's because patients like me don't go back after experiencing Charles. They are at a new address 321 Pennsylvania ave now. I will not be going back.
